Type C Safety Clamps

The Type C Safety Clamp is designed for oilfield operations to help prevent drill collars, flush-joint pipe, and other tubulars from accidentally falling into the wellbore. Its hinged construction incorporates interchangeable links and spring-loaded tapered slips that provide secure, even gripping around the pipe when tightened.

This safety clamp can also serve as a temporary lifting shoulder for tubulars that do not have an integral shoulder, making it suitable for handling twisted-off fishing tools, prepacked gravel liners, and similar downhole equipment. Built for reliable performance in demanding field conditions, it offers a practical solution for both safety and lifting applications.
